That s what I looked like after working for a year as a personal trainer ! Not the type of body you d expect, and certainly not one I d listen to for fitness advice.
Most of all, I feel better than I ever did weight lifting , for the first time in my life, I'm fully confident that the exercises I perform will give me the results I'm looking for.
They want you to progress slowly or not at all, so that you come back year after unproductive year and pay your hard earned money for a membership that....
You see, in the fitness industry they don t want you to succeed and get in great shape they don t want fast results .
Sections of my abdominals that I've spent years trying to tone became so in mere weeks and only after a couple sessions a week.

Unfortunately being a personal trainer does not automatically make you buff, in fact, irregular 14 hour long shifts, working 7 days a week and living on a eat as much as you can in 5 minutes cause you might not have the chance to eat for another 10 hours diet destroyed my health, my fitness and my physique .and perhaps worst of all my enthusiasm and joy for fitness.
As soon as 7 second arms came out (Chapters 26-34), I bought it right away and now am enjoying the benefits .
I go to college in Boston and now that I'm home for break, many of my friends comment on how much stronger I look and how I have increased in mass and definition .
