Sadly, despite my background, I was often tempted to eat things that I knew I shouldn't.
Turns out that she had received the recipe from a friend of hers who was into health and nutrition.
But, like most of us, she had a bit of a sweet tooth.
I'm a former National Champion Bodybuilder, a health and fitness author, and a co-owner of two health clubs in New Zealand.
